Runs 50 discovery jobs (10 verticals × 5 regions × up to 20 results) — up to ~100 lenders per vertical, ~1,000 total. Takes 10–20 minutes. Excludes home mortgages.
Scrapes each lender's website and uses AI to fill submission email, states, loan types, sizes, credit, and LTV — then approves into the active lender pool. Processes ~8 per round; takes 20–40 min for 800+ leads.
Second pass on active lenders missing submission email or loan size. Scrapes /contact, /submit, /brokers, /partners and re-extracts. Only fills NULL fields — never overwrites.
Fuzzy-matches company names (strips LLC/Inc/Capital/etc.) and merges duplicates into the most-complete record. Duplicates are deactivated, not deleted.
